The key to unlock the SA Cannabis Industry?

I think I’ve uncovered a really crucial key to unlocking the cannabis industry in South Africa.
The main blockage is that Cannabis is still listed as a Schedule 6 substance under the Medicines Act, which means government can’t move forward until that changes.
But here’s the bottleneck for policy makers — removing it would technically breach the UN Single Convention on Narcotic Drugs (1961), which only allows cannabis for medical or scientific use.
The exciting part is that other countries have already found legal ways around this, and I believe we’ve identified a workable solution for South Africa too 🙌
