Drafting a National Policy Paper

The South African Cannabis Club Alliance (SACCA), in partnership with Cannabiz Africa, is pleased to invite all members, partners, and stakeholders to participate in the upcoming Project Indlela Webinar.

This national dialogue brings together government representatives, traditional leaders, legacy cultivators, and industry experts to discuss how we can co-create an inclusive, transparent, and lawful cannabis framework for South Africa.

Purpose

Project Indlela aims to foster collaboration between Cannabis Social Clubs, Indigenous Knowledge Systems (IKS) custodians, and government departments — laying the foundation for an equitable and community-driven cannabis economy.

Key discussions will include:

✅ The role of Cannabis Clubs in harm reduction and compliance.

✅ Inclusion of legacy cultivators and Indigenous communities.

✅ Pathways for cooperation between community-based and commercial models.

We encourage all SACCA members, club representatives, and aligned organizations to attend and take part in this important national dialogue.
