The CannaClub Model – Onsite Cultivation Based on ENCOD & Stokvel Principles
Hi everyone,
We’d like to share our club model here at The CannaClub, in the hopes that it inspires other clubs or cultivators looking for a practical, self-contained way to operate responsibly and transparently.
Model Overview:
Our approach is based on the ENCOD (European Coalition for Just and Effective Drug Policies) principles, which emphasize non-commercial, transparent, closed-circuit cannabis cultivation for private adult use.
At The CannaClub:
Everything happens on a single premises: This includes cultivation, processing, drying, storage, member collection, and (where permitted) private consumption.
Membership is strictly private, and verified via ID (18+).No public trade, advertising, or resale of cannabis takes place.
Cannabis is grown onsite by appointed cultivators under a delegated cultivation agreement with members.
All production and distribution is logged for transparency and internal accountability.
Cannabis is not sold, only shared within the private circle of members under the collective cultivation model.
Ideal Setup:
This model works especially well for:
Existing landowners (e.g., small holdings, farms, or rural plots) who want to explore cannabis legally and responsibly within the privacy framework.
Cultivators seeking to legally operate and partner with a premises.
Cannabis collectives looking to co-locate operations and build a safe, compliant space.
A rental or lease agreement between cultivators and landowners can form the foundation for establishing such a site.
Why We believe in This Model:
It stays well within constitutional protections for private adult use.
It allows clubs to remain small, traceable, and self-regulated.
It reduces external risk — as everything happens behind closed doors, with member oversight.
